Responsibilities of the Vice-President include but are not
limited to the following:

The Vice-President shall be elected from the rising second-year
members. The Vice-President shall preside at regular and
special meetings in the President. The Vice-President shall
appoint a Program Committee to engage speakers for monthly
meetings.
